Dis-cem is the best by far

We where @ Dis-Cem Wonderboom in Pretoria on the 23 July 2020 . When we finally arrived home we noticed that in 2 bags there was liquids. We then realised that it was the antibacterial liquid we had bought and al 4 the bottels had leaked out into the bags. It was already late in tje day. Sot herefore we could only return the next day. We thought that they would not help us as it was the next day and because you hardly get your money back or ge to exchange products that gets damaged at other shops. But we thought it was worth a try as it was quit a bit of products that gotten damaged. After explaining to the manager what had happened and giving her the receipt... without any hassle whatsoever she just smiled and said she was really sorry about the mishap and they woudl gladly replace all the items that had gotten damaged. She her seld whent and collected all the items and packed them nicely and even checked all the bottels to make sure it didnt run into the bags again. What a lovely experience. This is why whe only shop at dis-cem for our supplements etc every month for years already. They are always willing to help you locate products ons the shelves if you cant find it. They will help you with any questions regarding products and their use. Friendly pharmacist. And all over friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much Dis-cem!!!
