Died waiting for medication

I called Dischem Fourways mall as early as before 9.30 am to order my meds, not at the15.43pm its still not delivered. I have been calling them the whole day cant get through. Eventually i got through switchboard and the lady managed to call me back at 14.58 pm and told me that driver was out. Gave ne a lame excuse that there were no drivers. Until now the driver she said was on the way is still on the way, like really, must one die first. My medical aid has paid for this meds,Dischem might as well pay my levy. This is pathetic. Then poor Patricia called me at 16.00 telling me that my delivery was returned without any explanation. Wow....I waited whole 30 minutes after my knock off time.
