Dictatorship instead of service

After already being asked to never be contacted by your repeats call center ever again, I was called again this morning. Then the lady tried to dictate to me when I can pick up my medication and ONLY on that specific day when I can easily go in to my local branch and get it whenever I need as a cash customer.

I said My meds ran out on that particular day and preferred to get my meds before then to be safe at which point I was asked if I intended to drink on that day? What the hell has that got to do with anything?

NEVR EVER call me again to ask to repeat my meds. Also, the branch forcing me to take the original when I was prescribed the generic because "Oh KZN does not carry the Generic" is a way to flog client for hundreds or rands a month.
