Dichem Glen Acres - Kempton Park and a successful online order

There's this really amazing pharmacist there (E. Nichol). She's really helpful and friendly. You can tell she loves what she does. She goes above and beyond to find your medication and explains how you should take it really well. She really makes sure you leave her counter informed about your medication so you take it correctly (which is great). And because she's so good, I don't leave her counter feeling like another random person in the queue that she's dishing out medicine to. She really sees all the people at her counter, does her job well and tries to help as best as she can. 5/5 for her!

I also recently made an online purchase through the Dichem website (in Gqeberha) and although I sadly could not track it via the website (the tracking tool didn't work or wasn't updated timeously), my order was delivered to me reasonably quickly by a very friendly driver (Leo M). Leo called to confirm if I was available to receive the order and arrived when he said he would. And when he did arrive, he was friendly. 5/5 for Leo!

I had an issue while making the online order so I reached out to Dichem via email. Within the hour a professional Dichem consultant called me to check if I was still having an issue with placing an order. It was my first order so I had already figured out what my silly mistake was by the time she called. But what matters is that someone from Dichem called and was ready to help.
