Despicable customer service-Refused to assist

I’ve just been to Dis-Chem Mondeor ,Columbine Road and had the worst customer experience from one of the pharmacists named Johan de Bruin .He was extremely condescending in his tone as though he was doing me a favour.He refused to assist with medication I urgently needed and didn’t care to go the extra mile and check email address and letter provided by my doctor .Only after addressing the assisting manager was he then miraculously able to retrieve my doctors scrip and letter .I have never received such horrible treatment and after the assisting manager asked him to apologise to me for his mistake and rudeness he still refused! I have never been so demeaned as a customer and will never return to a Dischem store !!!!
