Depressed

Received the worst customer service in my life at dischem in Chatsworth Centre, the product was cavilon 3m,tge staff weren't interested in locating the product. More interested in standing and talking. The lady at the medication counter tried to help, she said there were 2 in stock, she just cannot locate it! I went to speak to a manager, he wasn't interested. Tried to get me out the door as quickly as possible.He said we might not have the 2 as sometimes it shows stock we don't have! Mind u I'm frustrated as I need something to help with radiation burns, my oncologist said I must get this product. The lady at customer care took the bottle, which didn't come sealed in anyway, not in a box nothing. I took it coz I was desperate.. Finding out it does not work,! I am appalled and need someone to call me back ASAP! *** rose
