Denied prescription medication

I am laying a complaint against Dischem Pharmacy maponya mall as I was wrongfully denied my prescription medication on 05 April 2026 which was the dispense date that I was supposed to collect it.

I have now defaulted on my treatment and I need a solution of how this can be resolved urgently as I still don't have the meds
