Denied Medication by Pharmacist
I have a chronic scipt which was loaded at Jean Ave. When I went to fetch the chronic medication from Princess Crossing in June, they told me that some of the medication do not appear on the script and thus I never got all my medication.
I phone Jean Ave, and they adviced that Princess Crossing is supposed to phone them because the script appears on their system as chronic. Last month I had the script amended by another doctor which I submitted to Princess Crossing.
Today I went to Princess Crossing. Bernad Fiand refused to give me all the medication as chronic and said that he does not see the others on the script. I told him many times to phone Jean Ave and he refused and he told me it is a Saturday and even Jean Ave wont be able to do anything about it.
Now I contacted Jean Ave and they confirmed the scrit which only expires in September and also insisted that Princess Crossing was supposed to contact them.
I contacted Bernad Fiand, I need to stress the arrogance that he gave me even when I told him what I have confirmed with Jean Ave. When I asked for the original amended script and he gave me a copy that I can hardly even see. When I contacted him he said what is the difference? How he is a pharmacist is besides me. Firstly this person is not even a doctor. While qualified doctors have prescribed what I should get, he has the audacity to deny me medication and to dictate what I can get and what I cannot get. He failed to make a simple phone call to Jean Ave. And when I tell him, he insists it is fine . No apology, nothing.
As dischem pharmacy, who are you to deny me medication and on what ground when I have a prescription that you are withholding from me. Since 9 am today I have been trying to get medication yet with no avail. Now I have not received my original script and cannot get hold of Benard because I am told he is busy.
