Delivery? to where?

Absolutely SHOCKING delivery service (or lack thereof). I ordered my repeat medications (which i need to take at the same time of the day, every day) on Monday via the App. Firstly, the expected delivery was only scheduled for Wednesday, 2 days later, which was fine because I still had a few tablets left. Wednesday comes and I get a call from the pharmacist stating they dont have stock of my one medication and have to substitute for a generic, which i accept. THEN, im told they'll only be able to deliver the next day. It's now Thursday afternoon, after recieving an sms with a link to track my order the driver just DISAPPEARS with a message saying my order was cancelled. When i call Dischem im told they're handling it. I then get a message stating a new driver has my order. finally. then i recieve a message saying my order was successfully collected while the driver is still at least a 30min drive from me. Then another message stating the driver has picked up my order. Now, when i check the tracker, I can see the driver getting further and further away from my destination (the second time today one of their drivers has done this). At this point im just thankful my medication isnt for a life threatening illness because i would be dead by now and dischem would still not even bother to check if its ok that they're taking so long to deliver meds that are now over a day late and waiting.
