Delivery not fulfilled timeously

Elvan Ramsamy and Norshaad Khan clearly ganged up and decided they will not deliver to my Complex because it is in Kwamashu.I tried calling them before the delivery took place and the calls were ignored or rejected.Dischem needs to employ people who are serious about work.I cancelled going to the Doctor and purchased flu medication for convenience but it has been such a inconvenience.The lady I spoke to at Customer care was very helpful rearranged delivery but cleary the drivers did their own thing.
