Delivery frustration

Looks like Dischem does not respond here to complaints or compliments; however, this may be of interest to those reading this.

I've used their delivery service today and it was a total disaster. First, they send the poor chap to my old address despite providing the correct one. Then he comes back with 2 pieces of medication short. Now I have to wait for him to complete his current deliveries, go back and get ALL what I require and then come back to me. To add salt to the wounds, he is not sure when he can come again which I have to now sit and wait for Dischem's broken delivery process to be sorted out.

I was better off just collecting my meds in person.
