Delivery Delays and Excuses - Dischem Northgate Mall

We have experienced nothing but empty promises and constant excuses each time we follow up—still with no delivery. We placed a bulk order directly with Dischem Northgate Mall, made full payment, and were assured delivery would take place on 17/06. Since then, we’ve been sent from pillar to post, with our contact persons reportedly unavailable due to on-site training and unable to assist. When we visited the store the next day, we were informed that warehouse system issues were to blame, but assured the delivery would take place on 19/06. Today, there is still no delivery, and now we are told it will only arrive on 20/06. How long is one expected to wait? This level of service is extremely disappointing.
