Deliveries just don't happen when promised.

Dis-chem Canal Walk have a monthly habit of promising delivery and just never arriving. They don't phone to advise that there is a delay, they just don't bother delivering.

When you phone them you'll get the 'Oh we are terribly sorry, we'll deliver them tomorrow' story. This is a monthly occurrence and is far from acceptable when clients are waiting for chronic meds that have run out.

If you don't want to do deliveries then stop offering the service to clients. We can then plan accordingly and move to a service provider that does deliver.
