DeliverD service is unacceptable

This complaint is for Dischem DeliverD Linksfield. My order was returned with a note that said, I was unreachable after several attempts. When I missed ONE call after a minute. The order was returned at 10:32, it's now 11:43 and I have no credit on my app, I am also waiting for the past 15 minutes for my call to be answered. This is the worst service received and this being the first time using this DeliverD. If I had know I wouldve gone in-store as I would normally. Really not happy with this service. I will not be using this service again!
