Delightful service by Lauren at Dischem Pavillion

Went to Pavillion branch of Dischem after I saw a promotion in the Get It magazine. I expected a whole lot of terms and conditions, but was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and was helped by Lauren Daniels at the Beauty counter. She was very approachable. She explained to me how it works and it was all straightforward, simple, no terms and conditions, just honest honouring of the promotion promise. Lauren was very professional and helpful, always smiling and giving great advice. I am very grateful to her because she was so helpful. She has a wonderful personality and made us feel very comfortable when we enquired about the freebies. Well done Lauren.
