Delay in Deliverying of critical meds for Covid Patient

I'v tested positive for Covid-19. My doctor wrote a script for meds that I need to take, i ordered via email to Dis-Chem Randpark Ridge and asked them to deliver in Boskruin.

Yesterday I called at about 18:00 to follow up on where my meds are, rhe lady said that coz of rain and being late they not deliverying on 7/01/21 anymore.

I called this morning to follow up on where the meds are, Dis-Chem just said that they will only be able to deliver later this afternoon.

This is not acceptable.

If you offer a delivery service, you expect turnaround time quicker if the parmacy can see that its critical medication that needs to go out
