Defective product

Good day

I bought a wahl professional hair clipper from your President branch and the product is defective as I try to adjust the ***** because the clipper did not work properly when I opened it. It was making a noise but unfortunately I lost the receipt but did sent an email to wahl south africa and have been communicating with Jason Knight who keeps saying he will call me and this was just after I bought the product as I have registered it on their website.

Please assist as I need it to work as I keep borrowing my brother's clipper to cut my hair. I bought the product as my hair grows quickly.
