Defective product

On the 25th of May a purchased 2xPampers size 3 diapers and a few days later I started noticing that some of them that they do not have the elasticity that is supposed to help hold the poo, some, the tape around the waste was not sticking. I did go back to Dis-Chem with the defective product and I was advised to leave a sample and log a complaint directly with Pampers on their customer care line *** and the number is not in service and I cannot find an email anywhere to escalate my query. I am kind of disappointed with Dis-Chem because they got the sale and I believe they were supposed to resolve my query and take it up with their supplier, Pampers. I was advised that I will be contacted as soon as the Pampers rep visits the store, today is day 2 and I will wait for their call.
