I made a purchase online with last week. They were having a buy two and get a free gift (the free gift that was promised was Avene sunscreen and thermal spring water).

When my package arrived, I noted that they did not honor their end of the bargain because the items were not included. I reached out to them via Twitter and they promised someone will get back to me. I followed up and got the same response twice if not three times.

What upsets me the most is that I checked their website after getting my order and the special is still running. If they had no intention of being honest and honoring a deal they initiated, why do it to begin with?
