Deeply disappointed!

Today I had yet another horrible experience at Dischem Clearwater Mall! Because they can hardly ever be reached by phone, I email the day before to have chronic medication ready for my elderly parents. Yet again I was disappointed! I waited for over half an hour at the "click and collect" express counter just to be acknowledged. If my elderly mother, who is battling cancer, had to make the collection, she would have passed out on the cold hard floor before she was ever noticed. Dischem Clearwater has most definitely lost our business and respect.
