Dedicated caring professional staff - extra miles!

I placed a very big order online yesterday - it stated it will take 2-5 working days. I wanted to add 2 more items to the order which was unavailable online to add to the order. My order with the extra items was delivered in perfect condition within one working day since ordered and it seemed impossible to get it done. Dis-chem at Centurion Mall went out of their way to make it all happen for me. I would like to give a special thanks to Glory Shaku and everyone she involved in changing so many things to make it possible (one would usually be met with a sorry we can't help you). Yet today Glory went the extra mile (she had to contact head office and the admin department) and because of this I would like to add that my trust in humanity and services were restored today thanks to this lady. Usually staff used excuses for systems not working, but not here, at Centurion mall she found a solution in how to make a client happy. Dis-chem Centurion I applaud your staff for their dedication and professional caring approach. You are part of the example of what will make RSA better and more beautiful again!!!
