Debited when I never agreed to any subscription

I got a call from you guys March , I listened to the lady yet told her I'm uninterested but thanks for the knowledge, first week of May R590 got debited from my account, I called and emailed you guys and you told me you will listen to the record, till today no record or refund , I got a message few weeks before you guys debited in May and i emailed yet you still debited? My false ******** subscription was deactivated May the 30th , yet I got debited R590 for June , July I get debited again !!!!! Please refund me as I have full proof of all this ! Stop this **** !!! You are a reputable business!!!!!!
