I write this complaint with deep frustration and disappointment regarding a recent incident at your Greenstone store. I purchased a set of dish gloves that were clearly labelled at R30, only to be charged R109.95 at the checkout. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered such a pricing issue at Dischem, and it has raised serious concerns about the ethics and business practices of your establishment.

The consistent occurrence of these pricing discrepancies suggests a potential avenue for robbing unsuspecting clients, and I find this deeply troubling. It places an undue burden on the customer, forcing us to waste precious time, petrol, and money in order to rectify these errors. This recurring inconvenience only amplifies my doubts about the integrity of Dischem as a reputable retailer.
