Damaged Twist

Hi

I recently purchased 2 twist que. The 1 unit where u install the flavours was damaged and when I fitted the flavours it was leaking and the magnet was out from the flavours. This is very a very poor product. I also went to the store the first time and I was told it is in the warehouse and they didn't have access to it in Westwood mall. I had to then drive to La Lucia Mall to purchase this item. If i knew it was this defective with the flavours and the unit then I would not have purchased 2 units. I am very disappointed!!!
