Cynthia and Nicolway, you rock!

Cynthia, who is at the Dispensary at Nicolway, went above and beyond what I expected when the branch that had received my chronic script from my doctor had not loaded it. She personally got hold of them to ensure she could proceed with delivery and then followed up to see all had arrived and to let md know she had done all necessary checks snd that the script was active.. I was about to leave Dischrm after many years because of unsatisfactory service at another branch, but will now use Nicolway as my branch.
