Customers care absent at Dischem

Bought an commode online. Dischem will not give me any rewards on my card as I apparently used the wrong website. When I wrote to them to ask for the reward points I was told to go to the shop. ME going to the shop? I bought a commode! How do you think I can visit a shop. I want my card to be credited with the reward points, that is only fair.
