Customer? Who cares!!!

I purchase a number of tins of Formulae for my child each and every month from your brand and my son has now suddenly decided that he no longer wants to drink this as he has reached an age where it’s not suitable. I took a sealed, recently purchased tin into your Cresta store today to get a refund and instead of getting a refund, I was told I can only get a voucher as I don’t have a receipt though I offered to present my dischem card which would reflect my numerous purchases. I find is shocking that my wife and I spend many thousands in your brand yet you refuse to give me back my funds based on an argument about a slip that could easily have been remedied had the willingness to provide me with service been present.

I myself work in retail and I know the tricks people play but it would have been great to have been given the benefit of the doubt rather been made out to be a *********....

Rather shocking and certainly a reason for me to stop supporting your brand and letting all friends and family I have know that this is the kind of “service” they can expect from Dischem.
