Customer service out of the window

The lady working at customer service desk (senior cashier) is rude and unfriendly. I returned a malfunctioning elektra water bottle. She looked at the till slip rudely, took the water bottle..stood up without explaining. Leaving me there. When she back, she came back without the replacement, then I asked her what was happening,She then asked me if I needed a replacement... My answer was yes. Her colleague could see that she had a bad attitude, and she directed me to the shelf to fetch a new 1. No courtesy at all.Next time I will do my business at Carldwald...
