Customer service form Shilo

Shilo Thomas (hope I got it right) at Cresta takes customer seriously. He checked if the applicable discounts were correct on my till slip and when it wasn’t he called a manager to rectify. It took time for which he apologized although it wasn’t his fault. He double checked the discounts after the transaction was redone. Excellent service Shilo
