If you want Customer Service Excellence you will find it at Dis-Chem Kenilworth Centre. The level of Helpfulness, Professionalism, and Friendliness is so refreshing. In South Africa, where service excellence is lacking in so many of our retail outlets, I get "blown away" every single visit to Dis-Chem Kenilworth Centre. I must specifically mention Chrystal Chisholm and Reece Goodwin. They are GEMS and must be commended on their outstanding, above and beyond SERVICE!
