Customer Service completely unsatisfactory

Due to the fact that Clicks has been closed for the past few days, given the media attention, I was due to collect my chronic medication for hypertension but was unable to. I went to Dis-Chem for assistance and was met with the least friendly consultant, who smirked at the fact that I was unsure of the exact dosage of medication. I asked him to check my history and to make reference to my Discovery profile. He impolitely asked me to return with the box (after I had already endured an ********** queue for service). At a time like this, you could have won over a customer from your biggest competitor but I guess you chose to remind me that I did not have a B-Pharm degree. Completely disappointed with your service and I know why I am not a regular customer.
