Customer service complaint

A front desk receptionist at Dischem Cape gate, Brakenfell by the name of Carla Pockpass has bad customer service and is extremely unprofessional. She was on the a personal call laughing out loud while I was in front of her waiting to be assisted for a good 7minutes. Her colleagues came to reprimand her twice.
