Pathetic customer service!!

I was in Dis-Chem Cape Gate on the 22 April 2023 to buy a Nature's Nourishment Australian Tea Tree Oil body soap which I saw online for R35. However, at the till it scanned R50. I then showed the cashier the online price. She advised me to buy it online and collect it in customer service. I quickly did that but there was a pop-up message which indicated that the store didn't have stock. The customer service lady couldn't help me, she just tried the same thing over again with no success. I literally stood there for 25 minutes for nothing. She didn't come up with any solution and she eventually told me that there's nothing that can be done. Honestly, I feel like nothing was done because I am black. If I was Mev Van Wyk or Mev Van der Westhuizen the transaction would have been processed based on the fact that the customer saw it online and was willing to buy it online but the system was not permitting. I ended up buying something else. Definitely not going to that store again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
