Customer Publicly Accused of *****ing!

I am appalled in the manner in which a family member was treated while in this store. We were looking at an item that we intended to purchase. She opened the item to have a look at the quantity in the box before purchasing it. She put the items back in the box and then decided not to take it. She was stopped in the store, in front of everybody and escorted to the back of the store by security guards. This was really embarrassing and we promised ourselves that we will never walk into Dis-chem Baywest Mall ever again! If her intention was to *****, she would not have taken one tablet out of the box, she would have taken it's entire contents! The problem here is, the wrong people are focused on and accused of *****ing while the real ******* does not get treated in this manner. She was forced to purchase the item, regardless of her indicating that she did not want it, and that the item nor the packaging was not damage in any way, therefore it could still have been sold....she was still forced to pay for the item! This is a pathetic manner to treat regular customers...she even indicated this to the manager whom she knew. because she is a regular customer!
