Customer Complaint for bad service

I had the worst experience today the 9/07/2021 at dis-Chem in Woodburn mall Pietermaritzburg. We made an appointment for 3pm to do a covid test. We were treated like animals it was freezing cold we were told to wait outside for the sister to call us no one came cause the sister was seeing to patients inda store 1hr passed our appointment and still no one assisted us. We called the manager named Japaldo he was rude to us as customers he said we can't enter the store coz it's protocall. We wasn't even tested. We get treated better by the clinics but coz it was an emergency to get tested an get our results immediately as I have a baby at home. But the my sister an I was treated it was terrible service I think the security manager an sister should be dealt with accordingly cause they shouldn't make appointments if they can't keep up with the appointments. Please could the area manager or regional manager deal with this issue because, I did get that treatment at any other Dis Chem branches. When I told the manager I Will report he said do as u wish that is not customer service and I think as customer I have rights not to be disrespected in this manner. I'm disgusted an very un satisfied with my experience at dischem at Woodburn mall.
