Customer complaint

Hi I would like to log a complaint against the Springfield Durban Dischem delivery guys. I was told they can’t deliver my medication when I am 10 minutes away. The annoying thing is being called to ask if they can renew my prescription. Can they deliver or stop calling my to renew. It was once delivered with no issues. The past 2 script renewals I am having endless issues. The customer service is extremely poor from the courier. No excuse for such. Please note that I am based in Kwamashu. Can this be sorted out asap.
