Cresta Dischem has poor customer service

First i went to dischem clearwater and they did not have what the dr prescribed to me. Then the said that cresta has the antibiotics. Drived to cresta... Can i say the service there was terrible... Besides the fact that we are sick and looking for meds the ques to the dispensary were so long with only 2 people working and no manager in sight. Finally after an hour i get serviced by Grace... She tells me the antibiotics are not available there... I asked her how caused clearwater check and the said i could come there... Obviously im disappointed... She tells me that they pro ably checked on a system that does not work... Expressing my disappointment i tell her then you need to fix the system... Suddenly she shouts telling me its not her fault... I told her well she represents the company she works for... Then she tell me to move she wants to service another customer... I sai No... And asked for the manager... She tells me TO GO AND FIND HIM... now that got me angry i told her i was not moving until she get me a manger... She told me the that her manager was out... They always galavant... DISCHEM CRESTA... THAT IS DESPICABLE... I CAME THERE NOT FOR FREEBIES... I want Grace and the manager to apologise to me and they better sound sincere... Net im taking to to the socials... I will not rest... Im disgusted at you Grace... Maybe you thought because you are older you can speak to me anyhow... Or the color of my skin,plays a part too... I don't know... Very disappointed regarded you as the best... But guess what clicks serviced me so nicely...
