Covid19 disaster testing: don't do it

Dischem has a drive though Covid testing facility in Benmore. I went on Monday 1st June 2020 for the test and was told 2 to 3 days. It's now day 7 and no answer. When i complained they gave us an email which we have had no response from, I'm starting to loose business as I cannot go onto my sites without the results, should anyone need to test please don't waste your money on Dischem and go do it in the public sector.
