Covid testing empty promises day 6 without any feedback or result

Went for a Covid test last week Tuesday and was informed results would be made know within 3 working days. Out of frustration sent them a mail 4 days later requesting a response, still no response. Sent them a further mail today and still no response. I then proceeded to make use of there care line number *** after waiting for close to 10 minutes was told that they need to put me through to the clinic which has a 28 minute waiting period, on which I rep**** that it s fine and that I will take the matter to social media on which I was told that they will phone me back. Later I received a call from the call center to inform me that I need to hold for the clinic which i did - 10 minutes later after listening to every tune no response. MR/MRS consumer think twice before you use there service. If they new about the back log and found it difficult to meet agreed turnaround time, why still continue to take the consumers money and lead them down the garden path, I presume it all about the money side with no concern for the consumer
