Covid Testing at Dischem Fourways

my daughter went in on 29th June 2020 for a covid test. She was off work whilst waiting for her results and my mum who is a cancer patient lives with us. So we were eagerly awaiting her results. on Friday I called to ask if the results were in and was told that they are awaiting results from the lab. when i called the lab they said that results were sent out on 2nd July. After numerous calls to headoffice I had no luck. On Tuesday, 7th July my husband had to physically go into the Fourways store and demand results which were given verbally. To date, 9th July we have not received any written communication from Dischem.
