Covid test scheme

I did a covid test on the 26th of june at Baywest mall drive through test and I paid R850 and was promised that I will receive my results 3-5 days of the test,I tried numerous times to email them with no success,tried calling with no response,I even tried via Facebook and they reply with an agent will call me back but I'm still waiting for the call,
