Covid spreader

Came for a covid test after booking online yesterday. How can you send an sms as per below and then when I get to your La Lucia store at 08h10, your stand-in manager advises me that you only open at 08h30!!? This is unbelievable! I am not feeling well, probably have covid and now you make me stand outside with the very likely result that I spread the disease because of your stores ineptitude and incorrect sms information.

UPDATE : I did test positive so your store made me, a positive covid case, stand outside your store for over 20 minutes while innocent people had to walk past me. It is inexcusable.

Please change this sms information urgently so other people are not inconvenienced in the future.
