COVID RIPOFF

We send our AuPair for a Covid test on Tuesday the 30th of July as she was showing symptoms. We paid the R850 for this and was told that it might take a bit longer than 3-5 working days. After waiting two weeks with no contact or notification Savannah had to make multiple phone calls to try get her results. Finally only on Friday the 17th did she get hold of someone who told her she was positive and they would email the results, which only after a lot of nagging did we finally get today. This service was completely impractical and we believe we are due a refund for this service.
