COVID 19 TESTING

Hi My daughter 4 months pregnant went to the Dis chem Eastgate drive thru testing on the 7.07.2020 , after payment she was made she was notified results will be available in 4 days - received an sms on the Friday 10.07 - results delayed called teh availabel # - sorry they cannot reimburse ( as my daughter had to go for an urgent test - Gyane required results to treat ) - tried calling the HO 3 times - once held on for 30 mins - as soon as you get through to someone - . again ask you to hold on to be transferred - call then gets disconnected - happened 2x ridiculous , test results cam back on the Saturday 18.07 - Can someone at Dsichem contact me - we need to be reimburseD
