Covid 19 ****

My sister tested for Covid-19 on the 25th June, to date, no results and no communication, I called on Friday the 10th and I was told they can’t see the results I should call Toga Labs, the lab said they have no record of her, I called again today and I was promised a call back which never happened, Toga labs still has no record of her while dischem says she on the labs waiting list, 3 weeks after the test was done, please refund us so we can use a company that knows what customer service is
