Covid 19 results taking forever to come at Dischem Centurion mall

Been trying to call Dischem for last two days I waited on the call for almost two hours, phone just rings... My partner is waiting for his Covid 19 results they stated that it will only take 3 to 5 working days its almost 8days now.. They not even replying to our emails... 850 is a lot of money to wait this long
