Covid-19 results taking forever - Dis-chem Fourways mall

Tested for COVID-19 at Dis-chem Fourways Mall on Monday 29June I was advised that results would be sent to me within 3 - 5 working days, I have since been waiting, I need to go back to work pending my results, I called the store on Wednesday being 8 July, someone took my details and said a clinical nurse will call me, I tried calling today and was on hold for over 2 hours, can something be done, R850 is a lot of money for one to experience such a poor service, I need my results please.
