Covid-19 car-park testing

I used the Dis-chem car-park Covid-19 testing at Sandton City, on the 6th July, before 9am. To date I have not had my results, 16th July (9 days). Phoned Dis-chem help line, left 2 messages before someone called me back, then waited a further 15 minutes to speak to someone about my test, the only thing she could tell me was that my test have not been done. I pointed out that I am 62 years old and worried, this illicited no reaction. Very very disappointed.
