Courier services is filthy and lacks customer service

<p>My order 113328 was confirmed and declared that it will be delivered on Friday the 9th of December. The courier called me to inform me that they would deliver the next day and I told them they need to ensure that Saturday they deliver as I'm leaving for Cape Town and need the items for the trip.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday I received a call from the security complex at 17:40 that they are at the gate to deliver and I notified them that I will send someone to fetch. Within 5 minutes of the person's arrival, they left.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so disappointed with the Dischem services that I will never use their online and I need my cash with immediate effect.</p>
