Continued script

I went to dischem in carlswarld life style center waited for 30 minutes on the queue for medication, I understand they where busy I then got assisted by Diala who told me my scrip had expired and she referred me to a sister inside dischem to renew my script or get a new 1..I then went there got a lady from the reception and she okay is fine I can wait for the sister, I waited for 10 minutes or so, the sister came out and told me that on Saturday they work with appointments so I cnt be assisted, I said I was sent here by 1 of the pharmacist I did not just decide to walk in, Rudly so she told me no I need to come back Monday. She took me back to the pharmacy and Diala shouted that unfortunately I won't get those contraceptive I am looking for today, I must make an oppointment and he did say that earlier.. Now every 1 in the queue heard that I am looking for contraceptive
